INCOPLAX AI SOFTPHONE

AI Softphone

A desktop SIP phone that listens, prompts you during the call, records it and writes it up afterwards.

Place and take calls on any IP PBX you already have, capture meetings in Zoom, Teams or Meet, or drop in recordings you already own. Every conversation becomes a searchable transcript with a summary, tasks and a category — and nobody has to type it up.

Free software (GPL v2) · Windows, macOS & Linux · No account, no subscription
Incoplax AI Softphone: SIP dialler, recording library and AI-generated conversation summary

Every conversation, written up

Calls, meetings and imported audio go into one library: recordings, transcripts and AI write-ups, searchable by what was actually said.

AI speech recognition

Every recording becomes a speaker-by-speaker transcript kept in step with the audio. Click a line to hear it, search a year of calls by what was said, export to text or subtitles.

AI conversation analysis

A summary, the tasks the call left you, topics, names, categories, tags and red flags. Sales and support calls are scored against criteria you write yourself.

Personal Prompt Studio

Start with 11 ready-made prompts, then reword them in plain language and decide which ones run after each conversation, in what order and on what condition.

Calls, meetings and files

Record SIP calls on two channels, capture Zoom, Teams or Meet from the computer itself, or import recordings from a mobile or a dictaphone. All three get the same treatment.

Your AI, your control

Use a model on your own hardware or a service you already pay for, with your own key. Every call is priced in tokens and money, and a monthly ceiling pauses the work instead of surprising you.

A complete business phone

Several SIP accounts and calls at once, hold, mute, blind and attended transfer, conferencing, wideband audio, contacts, call history, tray notifications and global hotkeys.

LIVE AI PROMPTER

The right words, while you are still talking

Everything else happens after a call. The prompter works during it: what is being said appears on screen as subtitles, the other party is translated into your language line by line, and the next thing to say — an objection met, a question answered — appears beside it.

Four assistants are ready to run: subtitles, translation, sales objections and interview help. Each one is written in plain language and yours to reword. Try it on a recording you already have before you need it on a live call.

Recognition and the language model can both run on your own machine. The live transcript and every suggestion are filed with the recording.

How it works

Four steps from any conversation to a written summary. You are only involved in the first one.

1. The conversation arrives

A call you place or take, a meeting in Zoom, Teams or Meet on the same computer, or a file you drop in.

2. It is recorded

Two channels — you on one, the far side on the other — so who said what is never in question. How the other party is notified is your rule to set.

3. It becomes text

Transcribed turn by turn in the language it was spoken in, synced with the audio and searchable.

4. It becomes a write-up

Summary, tasks, subject, red flags — and a box where you can simply ask the conversation a question.

Fits the software you already run

Your software controls the calls, and the softphone reports back. CTI integration in an afternoon: no SDK, no intermediary cloud service, no externally exposed listener — and every option stays off until you need it.

Click to call, anywhere

The phone answers the tel: and sip: links your systems already make, so a number in a browser, a CRM or a document dials here without a line of code.

Local REST API

A localhost-only HTTP/JSON API lets your CRM place, answer, hold, transfer and end calls, send DTMF, and read contacts, call history, SIP accounts and active calls.

Webhook generator

An HTTP request to an endpoint you choose when a call rings, is answered or ends — so your CRM opens the customer card before the second ring and logs the result afterwards.

Diagnostics for IT

A live view of the SIP dialogue between the phone and the PBX, plus quality figures for every call — the evidence your IT department asks for.

Yours, and private by default

The softphone brings no model of its own and sells you none. Point it at a service you already pay for, or at something running on your own hardware — and change your mind whenever you like.

Nothing leaves without you

Recordings, transcripts and history live in a file you own; passwords live in the operating system keychain. No number, name or word of a conversation goes anywhere you did not send it.

Any language model

OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Mistral, DeepSeek, Llama, Groq — or a model on your own server via Ollama or vLLM. Anything that speaks the OpenAI API works.

Any speech recognition

Whisper, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, AssemblyAI, Speechmatics, Soniox, NVIDIA Riva, Vosk and more — including engines that run locally, so the audio never leaves the building.

30 interface languages

A complete interface in English and 29 other languages, switched without a restart. Transcripts and write-ups follow whatever language was actually spoken.

Free software, GPL v2

No account, no subscription and no per-seat licence. Install it on as many desks as you like; you pay only your chosen AI providers, if any.

Windows, macOS and Linux

Windows 10 (1809+) and 11, macOS 14.4+ on Apple silicon, and Ubuntu 22.04+, Debian 12+ and similar distributions. Everything it needs ships inside the package.

Coming next: AI Softphone Enterprise

Everything above is the free Community Edition, available today on as many desks as you like. Incoplax is now building the Enterprise Edition — the same phone, with what a company needs around it. These capabilities are in development and not in the product yet.

Centralised administration

Accounts, prompts, rules and dictionaries distributed from one console. A new employee gets a phone already configured to the team standard.

Shared storage with access control

Recordings, transcripts and summaries kept centrally, with rights that define who may listen to and read each conversation.

Quality control and reporting

Every conversation evaluated against your criteria; scores, categories and red flags aggregated by employee, team or department.

Corporate knowledge base

The prompter answers from your own price lists, regulations and approved wording, searched during the call — powered by Incoplax Knowledge Management.

Voice robot

Automated handling of a conversation to your script: answering, collecting the required information and transferring to an employee at the right moment.

Telephony connectors

Ready-made integrations with common telephony and contact-centre platforms, including the Incoplax Contact-Center, so a seat joins existing infrastructure without manual setup.
